IDOM has developed works at national level in Mozambique (Water, sanitation, and urban drainage), Nicaragua (Road sector), Kenya (coastal infrastructures) or Peru (national network of rural roads).

In addition, IDOM has prepared a Technical Guide for Resilient and Low Carbon Infrastructures in Argentina.
