The building sits on the plot, in an elongated way on a deep slope, under safety criteria and staggering the main functional elements: helipad, parking, base and operating box-telecommunications tower. The different levels of security of the building and the different flows of people are reflected in the functional organization. Horizontally there are three levels: logistics, public and operational. Vertical flows are defined by four cores: telecommunications/visits, the authorities, maintenance, and the main access for workers.
