Organizational innovation in transportation and mobility
XX LATIN AMERICAN CONGRESS ON PUBLIC AND URBAN TRANSPORTATION - CLATPU 2018
The XX Latin American Congress on Public and Urban Transport (CLATPU), one of the most important events on mobility and public transport in the context of sustainable urban development, will be held from July 23 to 26 in Medellín, Colombia.
The event, organized by the Latin American Foundation for Public and Urban Transport (ALATPU), will count on the participation of Sandra Sinde, Director of Innovative Public Procurement (IPP) and Open Innovation of IDOM. She will make a presentation entitled “How to prepare to deal with the technological revolution, and be an innovative entity in the field of transport?”.
IDOM will share its experience and knowledge on raising the awareness of public and private organizations, administrators and operators of public and urban transport, on the need to progress in the development of an Innovative Organization Model. The challenge is to introduce the required organizational change process, capable of facing the unstoppable technological and digital revolution that is transforming transport and mobility in territories.
