Open House Madrid, part of the international architectural festival
One more year, we have joined the Open House Madrid (OHM) initiative, opening our doors on Saturday, September 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to all those interested in visiting our offices.
Attendees will get to understand all the ins and outs of the first office building in Spain with a thermo-activated structure system that, where air is circulated through textile ducts. The building also has green roof with a rainwater recovery system… and is one of the few NZEBs (Near Zero Energy Buildings) in the country.
If you want to join us, you are invited. You simply have to show up at Avenida Monasterio de El Escorial, 4 on Saturday at 11 a.m. on the first tour or at 12 noon for the second tour.
