In recent years, IDOM has contributed to the debate and development of relevant aviation legislation by participating in the Task Force for TPS Vertiports in EASA.

The Technical Specifications for the Design of Vertiport Prototypes provide guidance to urban planners and local officials, as well as the industry, to enable the safe design of vertiports that will serve these new types of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft, which are already in an advanced stage of development.
