Conversion to S/4HANA for Onnera group

The aim of the project is to convert the existing SAP ERP installation to the S/4HANA solution, as the Onnera version was about to end its maintenance period.

IDOM has managed and executed the conversion process of the Onnera Group installation to S/4HANA, adapting the installation to the new technology developed by SAP and representing the ERP of the future.

With this conversion process, carried out using our own techniques and methodologies based on ACTIVATE, Grupo Onnera is preparing for the future and is ready to adopt the new features offered by S/4HANA, such as Artificial Intelligence, the improved user interface or the in-memory processing capabilities of HANA.

The tasks performed were the following:

Advice on the most appropriate PM conversion strategy.
Implementation of the conversion to Business Partners of customers and suppliers.
Data cleansing process for conversion to the new financial model (ACDOKA).
Adaptation of the ABAP code to work with S/4HANA
Adaptation of implemented processes to S/4HANA
Conversion of the system in the different necessary iterations.
Definition of the go-to-production strategy
Execution of the final process
Post go-live support
