IDOM becomes the first company to be certified with the UNE 19603

IDOM is certified by Bureau Veritas for compliance with antitrust, anti-bribery and criminal law

IDOM, a multinational consulting, engineering and architectural company, has obtained from Bureau Veritas the certifications of Compliance in Free Competition UNE 19603, Anti-Bribery ISO 37001 and Criminal Liability UNE 19601. This achievement demonstrates IDOM’s firm commitment to good corporate governance and transparency.

“By having a third party certify our solid compliance program, these three compliance certifications increase the confidence that our clients, partners, collaborators and all other related entities have in IDOM. It is also important for our people, since it is a recognition of their contribution through their training and behaviour,” said Luis Rodriguez Llopis, President of IDOM.

The UNE 19603 Standard has been designed to mitigate infractions due to anti-competitive behaviour that may occur in an organization. In addition, IDOM has obtained the ISO 37001 certification anti-bribery management systems with the aim of mitigating the risks associated with bribery in all business areas of the company and the UNE 19601 for criminal compliance management, recognizing the company’s good practices in corporate governance, risk management and legal compliance.

“These certifications are a recognition of the rigorous compliance management system implemented by IDOM, reflecting that its operations are conducted in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards and promote a fair and transparent business environment,” said Teresa Rodón, Executive President of Bureau Veritas Spain and Portugal.

This achievement is the result of the effort and dedication of all IDOM professionals and represents a step forward towards a new level of excellence, reinforcing the trust and responsibility of the organization both internally and in its external relations, making it a company of reference in terms of transparency and ethics.
