Development of the Philippine food chain logistics master plan 2023-2033
Philippines
IDOM supported ADB in developing a National Food Sector Master Plan for the Philippines to create an efficient food logistics system. The objective of the plan was to deliver safe, quality food to the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost to meet the country’s need for accessible and affordable food. The Philippine government prioritized this master plan to build a competitive food value chain logistics system, with IDOM and ADB identifying key issues and proposing solutions.
