Our services tackle the challenges inherent to digital transformation projects in the port sector, with extensive experience in the reengineering of port-logistic processes, as well as the preliminary design of complex systems. At IDOM we cover the entire project cycle, from the feasibility study to the design and implementation of systems. Furthermore, as solution integrators, we can also give continuity to the entire project implementation cycle through a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure success in terms of quality, deadlines, scope and costs.

  • Port Community System (PCS): Port one-stop-shops that improve coordination and intelligent information exchange among all port community stakeholders, promoting efficient resource management and greater transparency in operations.
  • Port Management System (PMS): Port management systems that integrate and unify disparate port authority systems and processes into a single platform, facilitating the collection and analysis of port operations information.
  • Maritime and Customs Single Windows:Digital platforms that integrate and simplify the procedures and processes related to maritime and customs operations, centralizing the information and documentation submitted by economic operators to the various authorities involved in foreign trade, avoiding duplication and facilitating administrative processing.
  • Innovation: Management and coordination of innovation projects in the port logistics environment, addressing organizational and functional challenges. From strategic advice to the creation of customized digital innovation hubs, we accompany the design, implementation and certification of projects based on cutting-edge digital transformation tools and smart port solutions.
  • GIS / Digital Twin: Integration of data from physical objects and processes, both real-time and historical, on which advanced predictive technologies can be applied to optimize operations in the port environment with the approach of informed and intelligent decision making. All based on geospatial technologies and IoT as key enablers.
  • Automated Gate Systems: Automation and control systems to optimize the management of the entry and exit of trucks, goods and people in port terminals, increasing safety and operational efficiency..
