WAN Awards 2020
THE SAN RAFAEL PARK (COLOMBIA), FINALIST IN THE LEISURE CATEGORY
At the beginning of August, the WAN Awards organization, one of the best known and most recognized international awards in the field of architecture, gave us the news that the San Rafael Park, in Colombia, had been one of the four projects selected as finalists in the Future Projects: Leisure category of the 2020 edition of the awards. Alongside the project are others such as the remodeling of the Riverside grandstand for Fulham FC, Populous; the North Sea Visitor Center in Penghu, Taiwan, by JJP Architects and Planners; and the conversion of a transformer factory into a theater in the ancient citadel of Dali, China, by Atelier Alter Architects.
We will have to wait until November to know the final decision of the jury during the awards ceremony that, this time, will be held online.
