Finalists in the VII Sustainable Building Awards of Castilla-Leon
Our Beronia Winery receives a mention in the category "Other activities"
On December 11, the function room of the Ministry of Development and Environment of the Regional Government of Castile-Leon was the event for the award ceremony of the 7th edition of the Sustainable Construction Awards of Castile-Leon. Convened by Regional Government of Castile-Leon, these awards aim to distinguish the construction projects that include innovative aspects and improve sustainability and accessibility, reference projects for urban developments.
The awards ceremony was presented by Juan Carlos Suárez-Quiñones, the Minister of Development and Environment, and Carlos Miranda Barroso, president of the Institute of Construction of Castile-Leon.
In the 2018 edition, a total of 102 proposals were received, of which 66 went to the technical evaluation phase and 39 to the Technical Committee of experts. 20 winners were declared, one of the three levels of distinction: finalist, runner up or mention. These 20 finalists presented their projects at the beginning of the event, which concluded with the delivery of the distinctions.
In the category “other actions”, the Beronia Rueda Bodega in Valladolid, received a mention.
