Talking about Smart Offices and Open Spaces
Evetson Group organised a technical seminar and we were invited as leading experts
On November 7th last, Cosentino City Madrid hosted Smart Offices and Open Spaces, an event organized by Grupo Evetson which brought together both experts in the field and an audience interested in the latest trends and proposals.
Andreia Faley took part as IDOM’s representative, along with other architects such as Marcos Ayala (Arquitectos Ayala), Gabriel Allende (Allende Arquitectos) or Jose Manuel Sanz (Jose Manuel Sanz Arquitectos) and other professionals from the realm of offices, like Daniel Calvache, Business Development Director at CBRE España – a real estate services and consultancy company – or Hector Martinez, a consultant for BREEAM certifications – a worldwide leading sustainable building certification, adapted to Spain’s regulations, language and construction practice.
During the seminar, Andreia showcased our approach to these types of projects. A discussion also took place on the transformation that the sector is undergoing, based on design, techniques, materials, construction solutions and all that is involved in the creation of today’s office – a warmer, more adaptable and communicative space.
