Present at the PERUMIN 34 Mining Convention
One of the most important mining conventions in the World
PERUMIN 34, the second largest mining convention in the world, was held in the city of Arequipa (Peru) from September 16 to 20, bringing together over 60,000 participants, 1,400 stands organized in 7 pavilions, a total of 29,000 m² of exhibition space. The event has been structured on 3 fundamental pillars: Innovation, Technology and Sustainability (ITS), the Mining Convention and the Mining Technology Exhibition (EXTEMIN).
IDOM, as a firm of reference offering professional services across the world, is enhancing its presence in the mining sector, particularly in South America. IDOM was present at the convention with a stand to explain and detail the services developed for the mining sector, services ranging from feasibility studies to complete project management under an EPCM arrangement. The queries answered were numerous, dealing both with the activity of IDOM, or specific issues such as Industry 4.0 and Innovation and Technological Transformation in the mining sector, as well as how the firm is contributing with some of the ongoing projects.
