IDOM is committed to female leadership
Within the Women and Engineering project, with which IDOM has signed a collaboration framework agreement, the Ing-PULSO 2022 program has been launched, organized between the Royal Academy of Engineering and EJE&CON.
This program is aimed at women engineers in their first years of professional development with the aim of fostering and promoting a greater presence of women engineers in the professional field as well as access to senior management levels. It will include training sessions (strategy and corporate governance, sustainability, and digital transformation), face-to-face workshops (agile methodologies, negotiation and oratory) and mentoring meetings.
Our colleague, Elena Calcerrada Romero (MSc. Civil Engineering), current Infrastructure Sustainability Manager, is actively participating in this program.
