We’re delighted to announce that IDOM Merebrook came 44th in the New Civil Engineer NCE100 Awards top 100 Engineering Companies in the UK 2016.
For the first time, this year the judging was not based on performance but on culture. So, not on turnover, profit or number of staff, but on company culture, competencies and skillsets. The scoring was based on technical excellence, pushing technology; being diverse and great and safe places to work; developing future-fit skills; and playing a role in tackling global issues. The selection process included an in-depth company survey, an employee satisfaction survey and ratification by a dozen leading clients among a 30-strong judging panel.
Nigel Huish and Rob Glavin attended the Awards Evening Dinner, at which the Top 100 engineering companies were announced, held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 11 May. Nigel Huish, Managing Director, said “We’re delighted to come 44th out of a 100 of our peers, I feel it’s a real achievement.”
