New Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Mexico
Narrowing the digital gap and offering new services
With the objective of narrowing the digital divide in Mexico, the Red Compartida project, with the participation of IDOM, involved the deployment and increased coverage of a modern mobile broadband network throughout the country.
With this transformative project, a new mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), a registered trademark of Diveracy, with the trade name NEMI, has started operating.
For this virtual network, IDOM has provided professional services for the launch and support during operations, such as defining the business model, carrying out a market study, identifying opportunities, the implementation of a support system (commercial and operations), and support for the technical operation.
This is an innovative project with many challenges where the multidisciplinary nature of the team made it possible to include new functionalities, such as automatic invoicing or the electronic signing of contracts with the issuing of digital stamps by the Ministry of Economy of Mexico.
