Our colleague Cristina Sanz was recognized by the ENAIRE Foundation for her End-of-Degree Project
The Enaire 2022 Foundation Awards, presented by the Secretary of State for Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda and President of Enaire, Isabel Pardo de Vera, have celebrated their XXVII awards
On Wednesday, November 23, our colleague Cristina Sanz García (Aerospace Engineer at IDOM) received the José Ramón López Villares Award for her End-of-Degree Project developed at the School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering (ETSIAE).
As every year, the ENAIRE Foundation awards a series of prizes aimed at recognizing TFGs and TFMs -among others- in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering, as well as in other engineering disciplines.
Our colleague Cristina was honored in the specialty of airports for her project entitled: “Scalable Hub for the ecological transition of air operations using green hydrogen”. This work arose from the need for decarbonization of aviation, where a key factor is hydrogen as a clean fuel for different aircraft in order to develop a green transition in air transport.
From IDOM, we want to congratulate Cristina and the other young winners for their projects and encourage new generations to contribute to such projects that show us the way to a more sustainable future.
