Our headquarters in Bilbao & Madrid, among the most sustainable buildings in Spain
ACCORDING TO THE LEED CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
In 2016, World Office Forum, the online office sector professional community published a list of the most sustainable buildings in Spain (according to LEED), highlighting that there are 87 buildings with silver and gold certifications.
Our two corporate headquarters buildings (Bilbao and Madrid) are among these, and are two of the twelve office buildings with the highest certification of sustainability.
IDOM is a firm that is associated with sustainability. In addition to its two headquarters, IDOM has completed 6 LEED certification processes: 1) the wind turbine test facility in Charleston, USA (LEED Gold); 2) the CPD II building in Cerdanyola, Spain (LEED Gold); 3) the CPD I building also in Cerdanyola, Spain (LEED Silver); 4) the BBK Sarriko mixed residential use building (LEED Certified); 5) the San Mames stadium in Bilbao, Spain (LEED Certified) and; 6) the Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao, Spain (LEED Certified).
