The challenge of achieving 100% water reuse in KSA
On May 28-29, IDOM participated in the Stormwater & Wastewater Conference 2024 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The event brought together more than 300 delegates and 30 speakers for two days of sessions and project presentations.
During the event, our colleague, Tyson Doyle, presented a case study on the recycled water master plan in the industrial city of Jubail and participated in the closing talk, where the goals of achieving 100% water reuse in KSA and best practices for optimizing treated water reuse were discussed.
The Conference focused on addressing the challenges and meeting the needs of stormwater and wastewater treatment and reuse projects, in line with KSA’s strong emphasis on sustainable urban development.
