We participate in ‘Fuel cycle technology mapping’ workshop
Represented by our colleague Pierfederico Briani, IDOM has actively participated in the Fuel Cycle Technology Mapping Workshop at F4E.
This workshop, hosted by Fusion for Energy and EUROfusion, marks the founding event to create a European community for fusion fuel cycles.
The scope of the workshop encompassed vacuum pumping, fuel purification, storage and injection, isotope separation, water detritiation, and tritium management.
The workshop aimed at identifying R&D opportunities for future fusion fuel cycles, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and fostering collaboration and partnerships.
This event represents a significant step forward in establishing a robust and collaborative European community for fusion fuel cycles.
