The Hospital de Bahía de Banderas is a project being developed under a Public Private Association (PPP) agreement, belonging to the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
IDOM drafted the Draft Bid for Marhnos, which was submitted to the PPP Hospital Tendering Process.
The hospital has a surface area of 26,000 m2, located on a site of 40,000 m2
The Hospital is located in Bahía de Banderas, a city that is part of the urban area of Puerto Nayarta, belonging to the State of Nayarit (Mexico). The hospital has an area of 26,000 m2 and is situated on a site of 40,000 m2.
The facility will have 144 beds, with 36 specialties, 27 of them included in the Functional External Consultation Unit of Specialties and Bureaus (with a total of 35 consulting rooms). 9 will be for other Functional Units (urogynecologist, endoscopist, adult and pediatric intensivist, neonatologist, pathologist, radiologist, family doctor, epidemiologist, occupational health).
Likewise, the Hospital will have Functional Support Units such as pharmacy, clinical archive, canteen, shop and parking facility.
