The objective of the project was to identify SUNAT’s critical data, develop a strategy and a roadmap for planning and implementing a data governance process tailored to the institution, in order to measure, evaluate, improve and ensure the correct use of data by SUNAT (National Superintendence of Peru).

Services provided:

Definition of the current state of play in Data Governance for the SNATI and the mapping of its main processes.
Identification of existing gaps (organization, processes, capacities and training of people, tools) to be bridged for the implementation of the model.
Design of the tailor-made Data Governance model (guidelines, processes, roles and metrics) to create, organize, secure, maintain, use and dispose of the identified critical data
Identification, based on the proposed Data Governance model, of SNATI’s main critical data, their value and importance.
Definition of a governance adoption strategy for the identified critical data, which will facilitate SUNAT’s implementation in a structured manner to achieve operational excellence
