Within the “Digital Creative City (DCC)” project of the city of Guadalajara (Mexico), IDOM has developed the diagnostic study of the current situation of the Project to define an action plan that guarantees its implementation. To do this, IDOM has made a set of recommendations for the proposed solutions for smart applications and to transform DCC into a smart city.

The Digital Creative City (DCC) is the renewal of an urban environment to consolidate the ideal space for people, a modern and interconnected scenario where talent and creativity generate knowledge, drive the use of new technologies and improve the quality of life in the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara.
Located in the heart of the capital of Jalisco, DCC concentrates creative industries such as film, television, videogames, digital animation, interactive media and mobile applications, among others, positioning the state as a relevant production center for a sector that today is at the forefront in the global economy.
The main objective of the DCC is to strengthen Mexico’s position in the creative economy through the generation of more and better jobs, competitive advantages for the industry and new spaces that foster coexistence, talent, innovation and innovation. productivity.
IDOM has been selected to develop a diagnostic study of the current situation of the Digital Creative City Project, for the definition of the action plan that guarantees its implementation.
