The building, designed by Ignacio Vicens and Jose Antonio Ramos, houses the Faculty of Communications building of the University of Navarre. The teaching facilities are also used by other faculties of the University. The project, in which IDOM was responsible for the structural and building services and technical assistance during construction, included the design of a square that brings together and integrates all the surrounding buildings.
