First Free Flow in Spain

The first Free Flow operating on roads in Spain has been implemented in sections of the N-1 and A-15 roads in the province of Guipuzkoa (Basque Country), with 3 porticos as collection points. According to European Directive 2006/38 / EC, this project implements a pricing model for heavy vehicles (> 3.5 tons) based on section payments and with Free Flow technology. The payment incorporates systems such as Via-T, pre-registered On-Line Payment and Kiosks.
