The most important Innovative Public Procurement Initiative (PPI) at European level, awarded with several national and European CPI awards. Health innovation plan focused on the development of technologies capable of giving life to the hospital of the future and the development of advanced solutions for current and future patient-centered care needs.
Hospital 2050 and Innova Saúde are two projects financed with FEDER funds, managed by the Galician Health Service, for which IDOM has operated the Technical Office (OT). They aimed, on the one hand, to give life to the hospital of the future by structuring health around three axes: safe hospital, green hospital and sustainable and efficient hospital; and on the other hand the development of a health innovation plan focused on the development of advanced solutions for current and future care needs focused on three axes: patient-centered health care, safe and agile health care and intelligent health care.
These projects involved an investment of €90 million by the Galician Health Service, as well as a pioneering initiative in Public Procurement of Innovation in Spain.
