IDOM has provided EPC services to a bulk and cement grinding plant in the Port of Bilbao, Bizkaia.
The plant, located in the municipality of Ziérbena, includes the following areas and facilities:
- Reception, storage, classification and dispatch areas of raw material and blast furnace slag to the milling plant
- Grinding and drying
- Storage silos
- Solids handling and transport systems
- Cement production
The scope of the services provided by IDOM under this turnkey scheme included, in addition to the design, supplies and construction, the initial feasibility study.
