The Recycled Water Master Plan (RWMP) is a project located in Jubail Industrial City (Saudi Arabia) for the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. It is a master plan whose objective is to achieve 100% of recycled water reuse by 2030 & define further needed actions and infrastructures to keep it to horizon 2060. The RWMP includes an analysis of the existing situation identifying the key points of the use of recycled water. In coordination with internal and external stakeholders, an estimation of the future situation is devised. A set of alternatives that achieve the objective is proposed and evaluated. The proposed alternative is developed including the designs, costs, and phases of the actions considered.
