IDOM has developed for Endesa, a study of LAYOUTs, CAPEX and OPEX alternatives for an LNG plant. This plant, up to 10,000 m3, will be constructed in the Port Terminal of Barrios in Algeciras.
The Plant has been designed in a modular system to permit capacity to be adjusted depending on local demand for LNG. It is planned that the plant will receive and supply LNG using trucks and vessels and will also be able to supply surrounding customers and industries.
The scope of services provided by IDOM has included not only conceptual engineering and conceptual CAPEX and OPEX studies, but also an analysis of various plant construction possibilities.
