With the purpose of proceeding to the transformation of the systems in the industrial area of an international business group, IDOM has developed a Master Plan for Industrial Systems that defines a roadmap of all the necessary actions to achieve a standardization of all the information of the factories.
The scope of the project has included a subset of all the businesses, as well as the specific product lines of the business group and, also, the comparison of functionalities in the SAP and MES tools.
