Development of the National Entrepreneurship Strategy and MSMEs (2012 – 2018) for the National Institute of Entrepreneurs in Mexico (INADEM) with the objective of promoting and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico.
Boosting and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico
Assisting to the government team of the National Entrepreneurship Strategy and MSMEs (2012 – 2018), to boost the participation of the different government entities, business sector, financial sector, academia and civil society in the design and deployment of the Strategy. It is structured around four areas of action:
- Characterize the situation in Mexico regarding its identified challenges in entrepreneurship and MSMEs, as well as identify best practices at international level.
- Define the National Entrepreneurship Policy and MSMEs (2012 – 2018), including its vision, mission, objectives and strategic lines, through the involvement of national and international leaders in the field.
- Determine the strategic lines and portfolio of actions necessary for its implementation, in addition to its validation through contrast workshops with relevant actors in the sector.
- Preparation of an action plan and scorecard for monitoring and evaluation of the results of the National Entrepreneurship and MSME Policy (2012 – 2018).
