The architectonic and urban proposal presented seeks to provide the DFB academy with an optimum atmosphere and adequate character as the home and venue for an international high performance sports facility for the best team in the world.

The project is located in a sensitive area. With great environmental, landscape, historical and urban value, its technical and economic feasibility must be ensured. On the access level, the interaction areas such as the hall are concentrated and meeting rooms, cafeterias, restaurants and catering services are located in a slightly elevated and accessible lookout with excellent views of the playing facilities and the skyline.
