IDOM set up a project office to coordinate the deployment of Huawei equipment to market the new VDSL2 technology. This involved the installation of the new equipment in over 500 exchanges across Spain.

In a second phase, the services of the exchange facilities were made available to the telephone operator Jazztel. In this phase, connectivity of equipment has been provided through a leased line.
