Remodeling of two cinemas in Madrid

Initial studies, both economic and implementation, verification of the current state of the property, drafting of licensing, execution and construction projects, management of licenses and contracting, integrated project and construction management, management of delivery of refurbished property.

For the IDEAL cinema, the building has been entirely refurbished, restoring the protected facade and adapting the property for use by PMR.

In the Plaza Norte 2 cinema, a Luxury zone has been created consisting of a Lobby + 4 rooms, the rest of the cinema (9 rooms + 2 lobbies) has been renovated as a traditional cinema, and an existing Junior room has been transformed.
