IDOM’s mission in this project is the design of the hospital infrastructures of the National Cardiovascular Centre in Ulaanbaatar.

The NCC in Ulaanbaatar offers state-of-the-art facilities for the diagnosis and treatment of all cardiac patients.

IDOM’s objective in this project is to provide its healthcare consultancy services for facility planning, medical equipment project development and professional services for the preparation of detailed architectural and engineering designs, bill of quantities and complete tender-ready specifications for the construction works of a new building for the National Cardiovascular Centre (NCC) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Experts from the different areas of IDOM carried out the following:

Development of Health Consultancy services: Updated Spatial Programme, Functional and Spatial Programme and Medical Equipment Project.
Preparation of the Topographical Study.
Participation in the execution of Geotechnical Studies and Environmental Impact Studies.
Preparation of conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design.
Preparation and issuing of construction documents.
Construction cost estimation and medical cost estimation certified by an independent Quantity Surveyor.
Obtaining technical condition permits to connect to utilities and all building construction permits.
Preparation of the contract execution report.
Multimedia presentation and dossier for the Ministry of Health, Shastin Hospital and NCC to launch and apply for funding.
