The installations of a building serve to regulate the thermo-hygrometric comfort of its interior. The correct temperature, humidity and air velocity must be achieved. Visual comfort is accomplished by lighting, which is appropriate for the activity in each space; whereas for acoustic comfort, external noise must be eliminated, especially, noise produced by the installations themselves.
At IDOM, we understand that the installations are not independent of the building and cannot be added as unrelated elements. That is why we incorporate them from the first moment. For this we consider the use of a BIM software essential.
