We are a strategic partner for public institutions and cultural operators in the development of the creative economy (orange economy) and the promotion of its potential for innovation and sustainable development of territories.

We analyze the potential of the sector; we develop strategies to promote artistic and cultural production (historical heritage, design, video games, audiovisual, digital content, etc.); we train actors and strengthen their business skills (financing, internationalization, digital transformation or sustainability); we help them integrate into global value chains; and we design and implement internationally networked cultural and creative centers.

  • Sectoral diagnostics and market studies: Analysis of capacities and opportunities to unleash the potential of the creative economy in the territory; mapping of cultural and creative ecosystems; identification and selection of subsectors with greater development potential; analysis of trends and business opportunities in specific sectors: cultural heritage, performing arts, visual arts, music, audiovisual, publishing, crafts, architecture, design, fashion, advertising and marketing and video games.
  • Acceleration and entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative sectors: Design and implementation of specific acceleration programs for cultural and creative sector ventures, including individualized advice, mentoring, tutoring and coaching, specialized training, search for funding, access to international start-up networks and networking.
  • Competitiveness of the agents that make up the creative economy: Training and mentoring programs on business models, internationalization, digitalization, intellectual property protection, sustainability, etc. to boost the competitiveness of cultural and creative agents.
  • Cultural and creative hubs: Design and operation of the business model, strategy, operations, specialization, service portfolio, financing model, sizing, definition of legal form and governance system of creative hubs in sectors such as audiovisual.
  • Hybridization and cross-fertilization programs: Programs for the insertion of creative agents in value chains of other industries, in order to foster innovation and generate competitive advantages.
